So excited that this news is finally public and we can share with you the name of our second son! It came to us pretty quickly. I know some people like to wait until the baby is born to share, but we didn’t wait with Carson and we want to be able to connect with this little guy, too. We love you, little guy!!

Here’s our surprise gender reveal for our family… using silly string! Charlie and I went to the ultrasound appointment on Wednesday and had our parents over on Saturday to share the big news. We wanted something simple and low-key. So thankful for all His goodness. This little baby is meant for us! 🙂

Here is the simple way we encourage Carson to be a helper in our home. His responsibilities are simple and manageable. Chore systems are also for the parents (ME!) to keep you intentional about having your kids contribute. It’s often far easier to just “do it yourself” but we are in the business of teaching life-skills, right? Chore/Responsibility charts are a great place to start and be intentional with your kids!

I can’t believe I’m filming pregnancy vlogs again! If you didn’t know the big new, yup, we’re pregnant! I’m 15.5 weeks today, but here’s a recap of the first 13. This pregnancy started off a bit rougher than the first, and I debated how and if I would share everything (or even what I would share). In the end, I felt that both the highs and the lows sang in testament to God’s faithfulness and really the WHOLE journey in its completeness is our journey. So in this video, I laugh, I cry, and I’m so grateful for all of it 🙂
