Jalapeno Cream Cheese
Cut off ends of jalapenos, then cut in half.
Remove seeds and interior, coat in olive oil, then broil in an oven for 4-5 minutes.
Place in bowl and cover with plastic wrap to cool.
Remove skin from jalapenos, dice into small pieces.
Add sliced jalapenos, 8 oz. block of cream cheese, and half cup of shredded cheddar to a bowl to mix. Add half tsp. of salt, pepper, and garlic powder, adjusting to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Cover and keep in fridge for up to five days.

Creamy, elegant, and ridiculously easy.
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
¾ cup sugar
5 tbsp fresh lemon juice + zest

How to:
1. Simmer cream and sugar for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice + zest.
3. Pour into ramekins and chill 3–4 hrs.
