Thrifting to get organized? You betcha. I wanted to share with you some of my favorite organizing tips when shopping thrift stores (namely the Goodwill, but you could be pretty much anywhere that carries housewares.)
All thrift stores are not created equal (see more on that here), but there are a few general finds that make AMAZING home organizers and all Goodwills have them. Even if your Goodwill caries basically junk.
(Easter Eggs of this video…organize your tupperware lids and store your towels! You won’t regret it!)

I HAD to get this video up because if you need organizing products NOW is the time to get to Dollar Tree. I was there today with Carson and holy bananas, it was beautiful in all its gloriousness. Ahhhhhh (that is the sound of angels singing a sweet melody)….
Sad fact is in a few days time this area will look like a disaster and there will be nothing left.
Hit up the WHITE items this year, get your labels, and get cracking on those organizing products. And don’t forget to send me pictures. I love that.

I’ve been a teacher for 8 years. Sometimes it’s hard to wrap my brain around that…or maybe I just want to feel younger than I am. HA! I am so, so blessed <3 I know the Lord placed this calling on my life, and I am so fortunate to work alongside some pretty incredible people and kiddos. It’s fall, so a bread-themed post is more than appropriate and probably long overdue.
I’ve wanted to share a bit about our breadmaker. I’ve talked about it in passing in numerous vlogs, and I’ve had a fair number of comments asking to hear more about our Sunbeam. I’ve had it on my list to make a video about for a while: how it saves us money, why it’s healthier how we store it, how we keep our bread fresh after it is made, etc… why in the name of bacon would I store such a GIANT thing in my kitchen!?!?
So cheers to carbs and how to make your bread-maker count!

I stumbled upon reusable K-Cups at Dollar Tree. There are these guys: Brew and Save Refillable Single-cup that retail for 5x the price (and they are the “cheap” ones!) So when I saw them at DT, I knew I had to give them a whirl…er…brew 😉
I use a Keurig Mini. They are affordable, compact, and do just as good of a job. Plus, I think the maintenance is pretty easy for them.

Organizing without Dollar Tree IS possible (I know lots of my international subscribers are jealous of budget finds in the US).
