BULK COOK 24 MEALS IN 1 DAY (under $100!)

Burritos
Tortillas (48)
Dry pinto beans (64 oz.)
Cheddar cheese (32 oz.)
Basmati rice (32 oz.)
Two onions
Tabasco sauce

· Rinse beans
· 10 cups water, bring to boil 2 minutes, cover 1 hour, drain
· Fill with water, low boil for another hour
· Prepare rice
· Cut up onions
· Tabasco on rice (if desired)
· Prepare burritos, roll in foil

Pork chops
12 pork chops (boneless)
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons dried oregano
3 teaspoons minced garlic

· Put two pork chops each in quart plastic bags.
· Then mix together all other ingredients. Divide it evenly into each bag and freeze.
· To cook, thaw one package in the fridge overnight the night before.
· Then grill them or broil them until at least 145 degrees internal temperature.

Spaghetti pie
8 oz. spaghetti
2T butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
2 eggs (beaten)
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
8 oz. can chopped tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella

· Cook spaghetti, stir in butter, then eggs, then Parmesan cheese.
· Form spaghetti mix into a “pie crust” in a 10 in. pie plate.
· Cook beef, onion, and green peppers. Drain off fat.
· Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt to meat mix. Heat through.
· Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti. Fill pie plate with meat and tomato mixture.
· Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
· Sprinkle with mozzarella, then bake 5 more minutes.

Mac and cheese
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup butter
2 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. dried macaroni pasta
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup Colby cheese shredded
1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded

· In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Sprinkle cornstarch over top and cook, whisking constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes, until foamy and simmering (do not let it brown).
· Add chicken broth; cook, whisking constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes, until sauce thickens and starts to simmer. Remove from heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
· Pasta: In a large bowl, combine white sauce and cream. Add Colby, and Sharp Cheddar cheeses; stir until melted and smooth. Set aside.
· Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook macaroni for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until just beginning to get soft (the pasta should be starting to get tender but have a firm bite). Drain and rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Set aside.
· Let cheese sauce cool to room temperature. Return cooled macaroni to stockpot, add sauce and gently mix together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a 9-by-9 -inch baking dish. Wrap baking dish tightly with plastic wrap, pressing down gently to remove air. Cover with foil. Label and place in freezer.
· Place baking dish in refrigerator for around 24 hours to thaw. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove foil and plastic wrap. Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until golden on top and bubbly on the inside. Let cool for 10 minutes, and then serve.

I feel like when my house is a mess, it gives me opportunity to open up and share it with you, and hopefully inspire you to get it done with me! In this whole house speed cleaning video, we tackle the kitchen, clean the oven, clean the bedroom, steam the floors, clean the bedrooms and more. I’m sharing with you 6 ways I keep my house clean and I stay sane for the holidays. Hope you enjoy!

🍫Christmas Toffee Recipe:
-Saltine Crackers (about 1.5 sleeves, or enough to line your tray)
-1 cup packed brown sugar
-1 cup unsalted butter
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-12 oz semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
-Line a 10×15 inch pan with foil or a liner
-Line crackers to cover the pan, so they are touching but not overlapping
-Melt butter and brown sugar on the stove and combine until it begins to thicken and bubble (stirring frequently)
-Pour over crackers and spread to coat evenly
-Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes until bubbling and remove from the oven
-Melt bag of chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave
-Pour over top and using a CLEAN spatula, spread to coat evenly
-Freeze overnight
-Break into pieces
-Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy for up to 1 week!

Oatmeal casserole

Tater Tot Casserole (double and freeze one if you want!)
1 lb ground beef
1 bag frozen tater tots (about 2 cups)
1/2 onion , diced
2 cloves garlic , minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup frozen corn
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and onions. Add Worcestershire and garlic. Add to a casserole dish. Top with soup, corn, cheese and tater tots on top! Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Casserole in a Jiffy!
1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 can chopped green chiles, undrained (about 5 oz)
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano (in the video I used Italian seasoning because it’s all I had!)
1 package of Jiffy corn muffin mix prepared to package directions

Brown first three ingredients. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Top with Jiffy mix. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.

Hey guys! Today is a Q&A video! I cover wanting more kids, if I miss teaching, my favorite YouTube channel, Charlie’s health update (since y’all were asking), handling grief and anxiety over the holiday, and we speak some Spanish. And a few other things, too. I usually make these once a year or so. Merry Christmas! I hope you enjoy!

Christmas Casserole:
6 eggs
1 cup cheese
2 cups milk or cream
1 tsp mustard powder or ground mustard
6 slices of bread
1lb. cooked bacon
salt to taste

Whisk eggs. Add mustard powder and salt and combine. Stir in cheese, bacon and bread until well combined. Refrigerate covered overnight. Bake for 50 minutes- 1 hour at 350.

Ingredients:

The BEST oatmeal breakfast bars:
1/2 cup pure maple syrup (you can also use organic, local honey)
1 cup natural peanut butter
2 cups rolled oats

Combine peanut butter and syrup over low heat. Stir until smooth and combined. Add oats. Mix until well combined and transfer to an 8×8 cake pan lined with wax paper. Set in fridge to harden and cool. Cut into bars, eat and enjoy!
