In my New House and Moving series I’ll be sharing how we sold our home quickly (in just three days), tips for moving on a budget, how to move into a new home, and how to get organized quickly using systems that work with your family’s needs.

It’s usually very tricky for people to buy and sell houses so I know that a lot of you will be able to get a lot of help from our experience so that’s why I wanted to share it with you. It was a pretty stressful process but I love our new house. I had been looking at some houses for sale columbia il but we needed to find a house in a different location for a few different reasons. I finally found the perfect house in the perfect location and we decided to put an offer in! Luckily it got accepted!!!

Surprisingly, one of the most difficult parts of the process is actually arranging for a moving company to move our stuff out! High-quality moving companies like Big T Moving & Delivery are booked for months in advance so it can be tricky getting someone who can work on such short notice if you don’t contact them quickly.

Another important thing to remember is that you need to budget for every little thing to avoid over spending. Remember to take into account things like the realtor’s fee or the moving company price in order to keep on budget, Anyway, I’m giving too much away!
