I love being able to share some more personal moment with you, and I love daily vlogs, because of all of the videos I make, I actually look back upon these frequently. To remember what life was like. Things change so quickly with little ones, and these moments are so special I never want to forget them.

I love getting crafty during the week with Carson. That hands-on time is so important for filling our day (and I really think it helps him rest better for naps and a night!). One of my favorite go-tos for craft ideas is the Dollar Tree.
They sell self laminating sheets (5 for $1) and they make awesome stained glass windows with tissue paper!

Here is the recipe for the BEST Rice Krispy Treats to make your perfect “Giant Hershey Kiss”!
1/4 cup butter (melted in a pan)
Stir in one 10.5 oz bag of Marshmallows (stir until completely melted and then for one minute more after for the best flavor!)
Stir in 5 cups of Rice Krispies
Put into buttered funnels for make Hershey Kiss treats or a tin lined with parchment paper!

I don’t know about you, but I always struggle so much to take my lights down. It always make me so sad. The clutter of the decor I am always ready to ditch, but the lights. Man, I just love ’em.

I LOVE how we have stored our gift wrap for the last year. It works. And it’s cheap. All you need is the back of a coat closet or spare bedroom closet, some Clear Vinyl Storage Garment Covers and some gift wrap! Bodda-big-botta-bang! Done.
Cheap, easy, and you will not regret it! How do you like to store your gift wrap?
What’s your stance on Christmas gift-giving? We are celebrating the birth of our savior, and I think simplicity is perfect. So, this year we settled on a 5 gift limit (this seems like a lot to me!!). We set a $70 budget and came in at $60.
