Having returned back to home life at the beginning of April after working in a corporate role again for 8 months, I’m really loving every day at home and family days with my hubby and son. This diary planner makes me smile as one of my little 22 month old boy’s favourite words right now is ‘happy’. He said it at 1 year old friend’s party the other week and again today when we he gave me a cuddle at bedtime.
BTW, I’m from Melbourne, Australia, hence the British spelling!

I recently found your YouTube channel while aimlessly wondering around YouTube. Boy am I glad I did!!! I absolutely love your information and excitement with everything that you do!! You have given me so many ideas for organizing my house (and my life). You actually make all the big and overwhelming things in my house seem very easily organized.
I have also just recently began journaling. About 4 months ago I watched a video about Bullet Journaling. I am to cheap to go get an actual Bullet Journal so made my own. I used a 3-ring binder, notebook paper, graph paper and dividers, oh yea also printables from the many, many Bullet Journal websites, Pinterest boards and YouTube channels. This gives me the opportunity to arrange and rearrange my pages to meet my needs.
I would love to have this planner because it would add a whole new dimension to my journaling.

I’m sad, I went to Costco to find the planner but they are sold out. The woman who works there said they were originally $25 and went on clearance for $9.99 a while ago and have been sold out for a while. So I hope some of you can find them at your local Costco stores still. I will keep my fingers crossed to win!

I love the idea of seeing if a friend wants to go to Costco – but for me that would be a 5 hour plane ride away, we don’t have a Costco in Western Australia!!!. All of the $1 tree bins that you love, I have been seeing them in Red Dot and the Reject Shop and as I pass them I smile as I keep thinking that you would love it.

I struggled to accomplish things until about 30 years ago I started doing my own form of “planner”. Everyone had a day timer then or bulky calendar/agenda. Those did not work for me so I started doing what is now called a bullet journal. I transitioned to a combo calendar/bullet listing, notes etc later on while homeschooling my children and running a business. I tookall I knew, and made my own planners.
I love planners but have found that they are extremely expensive now and the ones that work for me while working from home running two businesses are very very expensive. I have returned to the basics and have gone back to making my own. My husband is a graphic designer and designed a simple weekly spreadsheet for me, I print off the Free calendars for monthly and have note sections.

Kathryn, I’ve been a fan of yours since you were on the TV show “Do It On A Dime”, I follow you on Facebook and subscribed to your blog as well. The planner would be so helpful with all the medical visits my husband has to have … and yes, for 2 years! He’s in a trial for dementia. What a great way to keep track of our life!

Though I am using the Dollar Tree 2 year organizer ( I use it to jot down memories , than planning ), I would love to have the Costco planner. Having OCD makes me try to find new outlets to organize even further. Love your videos that are budget friendly and energetic! I don’t think I will ever get organized especially not as good as you but because of you. My house is a little less cluttered and Hollar Dollar and Dollar Tree are happier because I’ve spend lots of hours and money shopping there. Oh and let’s not forget IKEA. I spent 4 hours in awe and amazement shopping there. I am keeping my kitchen and bathrooms cleaner and shinier. I think I use less electricity because of it being shinier. I am working on other rooms everyday and I’m praying by Christmas, the rest of my house will be decluttered and shining. I’ve learned a lot from you, developed an addiction to your videos and am happier because of you. Thanks so much. Janice in Tennessee

I still haven’t found a planner that does what I need it to. Like another lady who posted I made a journal but it is very basic. I bought a Passion Planner which is the closest thing I’ve found so far but I’ve still tweaked it.
The Happy Planner is one I haven’t tried and I’ve heard a number of people really like it.
I’m a writer of genre fiction and nonfiction, along with teaching a few online workshops during the year. Not only do I need to be better organized I need to be consistent.
