DIY Christmas Tree Cones | Cooking with Carson

Gingerbread houses are a lot of work.  I mean seriously.  Who has time for this?    So we decided to get simple ice cream cones, frosting and some sprinkles and made these mini Christmas trees.  It’s the PERFECT toddler craft and couldn’t be easier.

    We make a Christmas pie with coconut on top which looks like snow. A friend pointed out how great it would be to make the coconut green and add jelly beans for an Easter pie. I am going to try this to make some trees green perhaps with a little white on the tips. Wish me luck. Thanks for the idea, I am so craft challenged but this one I should be able to pull off.
