I love having a clean and organized kitchen, but a daily cleaning routine isn’t going to cut it all the time…especially when you open the oven! Ha! The farmhouse decor is SO GORGEOUS right, and I couldn’t resist a couple spontaneous purchases. Target has a ton of back to school and pre-k items out, so this was the perfect shopping vlog to share them. Lots of supplies for teachers and homeschooling moms. So many NEW FINDS for Fall 2017!

And we are surviving nights of little sleep and this beautiful season with our kids. I haven’t vlogged in so long and I don’t want to let these little imperfect and precious memories slip by without capturing them. Today we get a visit from our friend in the fairy garden, head to a 12 month doctor appointment for an Owen update, I show you my planner, Carson has a little heart to heart with the camera, and I give you a garden tour. Unique Secrets to Organize a Small Bathroom!

In this video I’ll show you how to organize a small bathroom without it looking cluttered. Pedestal sinks can be a challenge to organize, so I’ll share with you my two favorite and unique hacks to organize a tiny bathroom or powder room. You won’t regret trying them.

DIY Watermelon Popsicles

Welcome to the latest episode of Cooking with Carson #cookingwithcarson (a 4th of July special)! Looking for an easy summer activity you can do with your kids on a budget…using Dollar Store items? This recipe is one of our favorites! Easy Watermelon Popsicles!

Watermelon is yummy all on its own, but these popsicles are DELICIOUS and really cool you down on a hot summer day. They have a completely unique flavor that the orange juice brings out and the soft texture of a store-bought popsicle (so you don’t feel like you are biting ice as some home-made versions can be.)

Ingredients & Supplies (this makes about 10 large popsicles)
4 cups watermelon (about 1/4 of a medium watermelon)
1/4 cup sugar (less if desired)
2 tablespoons orange juice
*Dollar Tree Popsicle Molds or these molds (great for smaller serving size for kids and really easy to remove!)

$1 Dollar Store Hacks: Laundry & Kitchen Organization

It’s another Dollar Tree Hacks video! I’ll share my current favorite hacks for organizing the kitchen and how to get your kids to help you with your laundry routine and folding clothes. These Dollar Tree tips and DIYs have both been true lifesavers in our house.

First up is a DIY folding board. These are great and can be used with shirts, pants, towels and more. Normally they retail for $15-24, but you can make it for $6 at the Dollar Store. I know some people use cardboard to do this, but the clothes don’t have the same crisp fold, and it doesn’t last a long time (bends very easily), and the clothes stick to the sides. That’s why I love this hack so much!

I’ll also show how to make DIY fridge liners to catch spills and drips. If you try nothing else in this video, please try this tip– it has truly changed our fridge (and no I’m not using placemats!). It makes it so easy to clean, and they don’t slide around at all.

Dollar Tree Shopping Vlog with LoveMeg

Come shop with me at Dollar Tree! All new finds for 2017! This Dollar Tree is HUGE (it’s the biggest in my city). Today was the perfect day out with Meg from LoveMeg! She came to visit and we had a girls’ shopping afternoon. In this vlog, we found organization items, FULLY stocked shelves, food, home and kitchen decor, bins, baskets, lazy susan turn tables (these normally retail for $5!), and so much more!

Hidden Storage Solutions for Any Room

Are you living in an apartment? Are you renting? Do you literally have NO space to organize? No pantry? No vanity? Small bathroom? No floor space? It wasn’t accomplished from the Dollar Store this time, but I want to share with you real and effective solutions that really work. If you truly have not a square inch left of space in your home, apartment or condo, I’m so glad you are here. These organizing ideas and tips are EXACTLY what I would do in your situation to have more space in your pantry, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and more.

While most people opt for a self storage solution from an external provider, it is still possible to enhance your own homes storage. I have used self storage locations in the past though where the below just simply doesn’t work due to a lack of space.
