I feel like when my house is a mess, it gives me opportunity to open up and share it with you, and hopefully inspire you to get it done with me! In this whole house speed cleaning video, we tackle the kitchen, clean the oven, clean the bedroom, steam the floors, clean the bedrooms and more. 🍫Christmas Toffee Recipe:
-Saltine Crackers (about 1.5 sleeves, or enough to line your tray)
-1 cup packed brown sugar
-1 cup unsalted butter
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
Directions:
-Line a 10×15 inch pan with foil or a liner
-Line crackers to cover the pan, so they are touching but not overlapping
-Melt butter and brown sugar on the stove and combine until it begins to thicken and bubble (stirring frequently)
-Pour over crackers and spread to coat evenly
-Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes until bubbling and remove from the oven
-Melt bag of chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave
-Pour over top and using a CLEAN spatula, spread to coat evenly
-Freeze overnight
-Break into pieces
-Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy for up to 1 week!
