Hey guys! In today’s video, I’ll show you how to make a DIY serving board or cheese board using a dollar tree place-mat as a stencil. I’ll show you the simple way to give it a rustic/farmhouse finish, and how to create layers or images in about 1 minute. I’ll also share a few favorite Dollar Tree decor finds and even a tip for staying organized. I hope you enjoy! It’s been so rainy and gloomy here, so sorry not all of the footage is the best (some of it was on my iPhone… but it’s real life and that’s cool, too). Love you guys and let me know if you want to see more Christmas DIYs!

I LOVE IT!!!!! What a great idea! Hope your Thanksgiving is delicious. ?
Thanks! Happy Thanksgiving to you too, Suzie!
What size is the board and can you provide the feet you put on it? Love your channel
The board is 36” x 12” and the feet are just called pedestal feet. You’ll have to look to see what is available in your store. Good luck!
Wow so simple yet elegant!
Another awesome project from you!
Thanks so much for all your great ideas.

Thank you for the kind words, Debi! 🙂
Kathryn. I have just discovered YOU & Dollar Tree hacks just a few months ago. Love, love, love it ALL. You are a very bright star in my day. And your boys are delightfully cuties. Love the “real life” that often happens at the very end of your videos????
I bought two rolling pins at Dollar Tree cause you were going to show us something to do with them during holidays. Did I miss it somehow??
Can you refer to where I might find that rolling pin hack? Your help is greatly appreciated.
Happy Thanksgiving & May you and your sweet family have a very blessed Christmas?
So glad you love my videos! You haven’t missed the rolling pin video. It is yet to come! 🙂
Kathryn, I have enjoyed your videos for several years now and have told all my friends about you as well. Keep up sharing with us about such great buys and deals and projects! And those cutie boys are growing up too fast. Happy Thanksgiving!!
Thank you for the sweet words, Doris! I hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving with your loved ones! 🙂
