Hello Kathryn.
I enjoyed this pantry update.
I have a question. I will set up my YouTube in order to ask in comment section in the future. I found you last month an have been super inspired.
I have an upright freezer. I have tried using it to stock up in 4 years I have had it.
Could you give me some tips on the actual temperature I should keep it. Using good freezing bags and procedures, I always end up with freezer burn or just icky meat.
We followed what instructions came with and adjusted temps to what we thought would help.
I’m excited to plan a big cooking day. If you have time in the Fall is great.
Enjoy your new Owen this Summer. My boys were 9.5 an 10 lbs, I loved it. They are both 6’5″ now. Thank you for reading, I know you are very busy.
Your Friend, Tari
It depends on you specific freezer. In general, the more full it is, the colder it should be. I keep mine on the medium setting and double bag everything. Make sure you defrost once a year!!!
Not able to get any audio. Anyone else having problems? Love your inspirations, Kathryn. Congrats on Baby Owen!
try the food saver!!! I have used it for years and love it!!! the food can stay in the freezer for up to 3 years and I also dry can and it will last up to 20 years! check it out on u tube
