The one place in my home where I DON’T use dollar bins. There, I said it. And it’s important I explain why.
This is a high traffic zone with heavy items, and to truly maximize space, the way I wanted to, I spent more for bins that are extremely large and sturdy. And boy do they ever work. I have had this system in place for 3 years, and it’s been functioning so well for my family. I focus on functional, not pretty. It’s easy to maintain and I love it.

I just discovered your youtube videos the other day after Jen (how jen does it) mentioned you on one of hers. Oh gosh I love them! Great ideas and actually useful and functional! I have three elementary aged children, two with autism. We homeschool, have therapy and people coming in and out all day, and a small house. I need functional!!! I’ve already written down several great ideas from you that I want to try. thank you so much! One really helpful thing you do is show your different containers and the various ways you use them. For some reason I stand in front if the organizing section and my brain goes blank on what to use them on…lol!
