Hey guys! You may have heard the news, Dollar Tree announced they are raising prices to $1.25 and for some items up to a $1.50 and increasing the availability of Dollar Tree Plus. This is my take. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

I also am amazed that the price has been $1.00 for so long.
I also thought about so many people that need a store like this.
Then I googled the fairly new CEO’s salary. He gets 10 million a year in salary and perks ( stock etc )
His employees get 8.00 an hour. Going up to 10 dollars for new employees.
The old employees haven’t heard anything about more money.
He is not the only one in upper management that gets more than a million a year.
All CEO’s are going to raise prices to pay their employees more. They all probably don’t even think about paying employees more out of their own money.
I don’t think any of the overpaid CEO’s, government, Hollywood, athletes do anything close to the obscene amount of money they take in.
