As I stated in a comment on your YouTube video, I am local to you and am going to be undertaking this project as soon as I finish saving enough $$$ to be able to pay for it outright. Health problems forced me to take early retirement, so I like to “pay as I go”, so that I don’t take on extra debt. Your links and this info will help me so much in my own process.
